Construction Grade Bamboo Wall Cladding Outdoor Bamboo Floor Boards 

THJ outdoor high carbonized bamboo wall cladding are soild boards with high density and anticorrosive characteristics made of natural bamboo chips that is absolutely suitable for exterior use. The special heat-treatment process at 200°C provided THJ bamboo the highest durability class to be compliant with the EU standards, to ensure the stability and density, thereby increasing hardness. Moreover, outdoor bamboo wall cladding has passed the fire test and can reach the fire resistance class B1 ( EN 13823 and EN ISO 11925-2) . THJ high carbonized bamboo wall panel is available in various dimensions to meet a variety of different needs. It is widely used in outside building decoration, plank path and other outdoor areas.

Installation manual

The correct order of wall installation should be bottom-up. First of all, the first wall  panel should be fixed on the bottom  joist of the wall which needs to be installed,at the same time,  the raise part of the clips are embedded in the groove of the  wall panel and locked with screws.(Notice: if THJ joist used,  always pre-drill the holes to avoid cracking. Use the joist in  direction from top.) Consideration: 1. Before installing, please keep the products in dry and shade  place, avoid the sunshine and the rain. Defects in surface caused by improper storage, is insufficient to cause customer complaint. 2. Before installation, clean up the wall, make sure the basic is  flat and stable. If threre is no soild masonry on the substrate, the joist must be fixed the the main body of the building in a soild  frame and in accordance with the relevant building regulations  and design requirements.  3. The distance between the joist must be between 400 to500mm , by a wall cladding of 1860mm length need mininum 5 joists. 4. Make sure the wall and wall cladding keep dry before  installation.

Maintenance manual:

Frist maintenance is required directly aftern installation, afterwords six months one time suggested. Apply  outdoor water-based oil after cleaning up the surface. Select suitable tool for cleaning according to the fixing  scale. 1.Clean the wall panels:wash it with water or use special cleaner to get rid of mucedine and dirt then clean it with brush. 2.Make sure the wall panels get dry naturally and apply outdoor water-based oil. 3.Protect the maintained area until oil gets dry naturally
